Cycling Shoe Replacement Parts

A dial that stops clicking mid-ride, a heel worn thin from months of racing, a shoe that hit the tarmac before you did: this is where it gets fixed and sent back out.

Why you might be here
Two different situations bring most riders to this page. Heel pieces wear down through normal use, that's expected wear and tear, which isn't covered under Nimbl's Warranty Policy, so replacing them yourself is the intended fix. If instead your shoes were damaged in a crash, Nimbl's Crash Replacement Policy lists component replacements sourced from this webshop as the first line of self-repair, before a discounted replacement pair is considered.

What's available
Heel Pieces / Heel Pieces v2: replacement heel pads for routine wear, matched to your shoe's colorway. BOA Kit: a precision-made BOA dial and lace kit to restore your original closure system.

Is the BOA Kit covered by warranty?
Normal wear on BOA components isn't covered under Nimbl's warranty. For a defect in the BOA Fit System itself, you can contact BOA directly for a repair kit; Nimbl's BOA Kit here is the precision-matched option if you'd rather replace it directly through us.

My shoes were damaged in a crash. Do I need these, or the Crash Replacement Policy?
Component replacements like these are the first option under Nimbl's Crash Replacement Policy, meant for immediate self-repair. If the damage goes beyond what a replacement part can fix, the policy also covers a 35% discount toward a new pair. Read the Crash Replacement Policy for details.

Are these parts covered under warranty?
Nimbl's 2-year warranty covers manufacturing defects, not normal wear and tear, which is what heel pieces and BOA kits are designed to address. See the Warranty Policy for full terms.
