Performance, by the numbers
Published: October 1, 2026

The World Championships are built on numbers.
Kilometres. Elevation. Seconds. Positions. Margins.
But sometimes, numbers can tell another story too, one of presence, consistency and performance at the highest level.
At the 2026 UCI Road World Championships in Montréal, Nimbl riders played a part in that story across the road races and the Team Time Trial, with results that speak for themselves.
3 rainbow jerseys
50% of the Road Race World Champions raced in Nimbl.
Three of the six Road Race titles were claimed by riders wearing Nimbl shoes: the Elite Men’s, Elite Women’s, and U23 Men’s World Champions.
Three different races. Three different stories. One shared connection between rider and machine.
5 of the Top 10
50% of the Men’s Elite Road Race Top 10 raced in Nimbl.
After 273.2 kilometres, around 3,800 metres of elevation and more than six hours of racing, five of the riders finishing inside the Top 10 were racing on Nimbl shoes, including the new World Champion, Brandon McNulty.
On a course where every climb was repeated and every effort accumulated, the smallest details became part of the performance.

50 riders
Across the six Road Race events, 50 riders in the field chose Nimbl.
From the front of the race to the battles further down the field, their presence reflects something bigger than a single result: a growing connection between Nimbl and riders competing at the highest level of the sport.
Three steps. Three teams.
The Team Time Trial brought another moment of connection. Nimbl riders stood on all three steps of the podium, representing three different nations:
Italy | Gold – Monica Trinca
France | Silver – Bruno Armirail
Switzerland | Bronze – Noemi Rüegg
Different teams. Different riders. The same pursuit of performance.
Beyond the numbers
Statistics can tell us where riders finished. They can show how many were there, how many titles were won and how often Nimbl appeared at the front of the race.
But behind every number is a rider, a decision and thousands of pedal strokes.
At Nimbl, performance is built around those details, the connection between rider, shoe and pedal, refined through experience, testing and racing at the highest level.
Because numbers record the result.
Performance is what happens behind them. Different races. Different riders. One pursuit: performance.
