How can I determine my size?

Do you offer wide sizes?

All our shoes are built on a wider than average last. We include width measurements in our sizing chart and recommend you follow the instructions for sizing above to determine your optimal size.

What replacement parts are available?

Heel pieces are designed to be replaceable and can be ordered from our webshop.

Can I heat mold my shoes?

Nimbl shoes are not heat moldable. Heat or thermo molding will void the product warranty.

Do you have my size in stock?

All our shoes are handmade and typically made to order. Stock fluctuates and cannot be guaranteed.

How do I care for my Nimbl shoes?

Our uppers are made from a premium microfiber material which does not stretch when wet. To clean your shoes we recommend using warm water and dish soap followed by air drying.

Can I use Speedplay cleats with 3-hole mount models?

Speedplay cleats can be mounted on standard 3-hole carbon soles with the use of the Speedplay baseplate.  The baseplate hardware is a component of Speedplay cleats and is not sold by

Do I need to use the protection plate with Speedplay specific models?

Yes, Speedplay installation instructions specify use of the protection shim with 4-hole sole shoes.

Please follow installation instructions included with your Speedplay cleats. Damage resulting from improper installation of hardware is not covered under our Warranty. Read more in our Terms & Conditions.


What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), debit card, PayPal, and wire transfers.

What is the status of my order?

After placing your order you will receive an email confirmation to the email address registered to your account. Our production time is 8 business days. You will receive an email notification from the shipping service handling your parcel with tracking information when the order has shipped.

Can I change the size or delivery address of my order after it has been placed?

If you need to modify your order please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have shipped can not be modified.

Delivery & Shipping

How long will it take to receive my shoes?

All our shoes are handmade. Our production time is 8 business days. We ship with couriers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Shipping times are location dependent and range from 5-10 business days.

Which countries do you ship to?

We offer worldwide shipping. Please note that Customs and duties fees may be due for destinations outside the European Union.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs will be quoted in the checkout step prior to completing your translation.

Where is my package?

When your order ships you should receive an email notification from the shipping service which is handling your package with tracking info.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?

If for any reason you wish to make a return, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods to do so. To qualify for a refund, returned item(s) must be properly wrapped in the original packaging, in new and unused condition.

Please note we have different returns procedures for EU and non-EU based customers. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You can read more in the Returns section of our Terms and Conditions.

Can I exchange for a different size?

If you would like to exchange your product for a different size, you have 14 days from receipt of goods to make the request. Exchanges are available for alternative sizes of the same model for a fee that covers the costs of shipping.

Warranty & Crash Replacement

Are your products guaranteed?

For up to two years from the date of purchase, we guarantee to the first owner (registered at upon purchase) that our products are free from manufacturing defects affecting form, fit, and function.

My shoes were damaged in a crash, what are my options?

From replacement parts to a discount on a replacement pair of shoes, we offer several solutions to get you back on the road. Take a look at our Crash Replacement Policy for qualifications and instructions on how to request crash support.

Can Nimbl sponsor me?

We are a very small company still and have a limited number of places on our support roster.  If you are a professional athlete interested in working with Nimbl please send us a message on our Contact Page and feel free to include any supporting material you may have. We will get back to you as soon as we can.

Can I be a Nimbl Ambassador?

We’re grateful for your interest and enthusiasm for our product and brand. Due to our size, we don’t offer an Ambassador program at this time.
