Kasper Asgreen represents the modern evolution of the Classics’ rider: powerful, aerodynamic, and relentlessly efficient. Born in Kolding, Denmark, he developed into one of the strongest engines in the peloton, capable of excelling both in solo efforts and on the cobbled monuments.
He achieved his breakthrough with victory at the 2021 Tour of Flanders, defeating Mathieu van der Poel in a legendary sprint after one of the race's hardest editions. Asgreen combines raw power with composure and is equally effective in time trials, breakaways and long-range attacks.
Beyond his physical strength, his racing style reflects clarity and commitment: calculated aggression, total focus and unwavering dedication to the team. Whether he is chasing individual glory or working for collective success, Asgreen races with the same intensity and precision that define the best Scandinavian riders of his generation.
